When you are ready to meet with me to get your business on the market, the specific information you’ll need to supply for the valuation process, documentation for potential buyers and for bank financing are:
- Two to three years of tax returns
- YTD P&Ls and balance sheets
- ideally, a business plan, especially with forward-looking statements and revenue projections
- employee job descriptions, especially key employees
- equipment lists
- lease information
